Manual Pick and Place Machine SMT-PLC-2

New designed manuaul pick and place machine for prototype printed circuit board assembling.

• Comes with 10 SX-2 8mm feeders, one USB camera, a loose part tray, hand rest pad, small vacuum pump and foot padel switch, tape reel holder
• USB video camera moves with the machine head and looks at the pick up nozzle
• Maximum feeder capacity 20 (8mm)
• Availale SX-2 feeders: 8mm, 12mm, 16mm , 24mm
• Full 360 degree rotation
• The SX-2 feeder can be pushed on to advance and to peel the tape at the same time. Tape advance distance is controlled by how much the feeder is pressed
• Part on the tape is picked up and placed on the PCB manually
• Comes with a small quite 12V DC vacuum pump
• Manufacturing time one week
• Vacuum nozzle is the same as used on our automatic machines for better performance (clip nozzles)
